Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort, Phuket

Reservation & Payment Policy

• The Mangosteen Resort collects a deposit of 20% of your booking amount upon booking confirmation, excluding any add-ons such as airport transfer etc. which will be added to the deposit amount.
• From 1st May until Oct. 31st, the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at our reception.
• From 1st Nov until April 30th, the remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to arrival to secure the reservation.
• Payment can be made via the payment link provided (Flywire) or bank transfer.

• Peak Season: From 20.12. until 10.01 each year, 5 nights minimum stay are required.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be notified to the Resort in writing.
• Cancellation less than Seven (7) days prior to check-in time during the period of 1st May until Oct. 31st, 100% of the deposit amount paid will be charged per room cancelled.
• Cancellation less than Thirty (30) days prior to check-in date during the period of 1st Nov until April 30th, 100% of the whole booking amount will be charged per room cancelled.
• In case of cancellation within the cancellation due dates, we are not obliged to, but can make the exception of keeping any paid deposit or booking amount as a credit towards your amended or any future booking.
• Amendments or bookings used for existing credit are subject to price changes, depending on the seasonal rates. No refunds can be made if the amendments or new bookings fall into a season with lower rates.
• In the event of any no-show or early check-out, the customer shall be held responsible for the payment equivalent to the full length of stay of the total number of rooms reserved.
• For peace of mind, you may check the availability of travel insurance in your home country.

Refunds

• In the case of refunds, 6% of the paid amount is deducted for credit card fees, handling, and administration expenses.
• Refunds can only be initiated to the account and in the currency used for the initial payment.
• Cash refunds in THB are not possible.
• It may take several weeks until the refunded amount shows up on your credit card account. Please be patient, as we cannot influence or accelerate this process.

Terms & Conditions for Airport Transfer:

• Please reserve a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival date. The local affiliated agent operates the Airport Transfer service.
• Airport transfer that should be arranged for pickup after midnight will be charged additionally at THB 300 net per car per way.
• Bookings for airport transfer must be prepaid and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Terms & Conditions for Complimentary Airport Pick Up:

• The complimentary airport pick-up transfer is only valid for our Wellness Programs, not for Mangosteen Experiences and requires a stay of at least 5 nights.
• The complimentary airport pick-up transfer is not valid for room only bookings. A wellness program in combination with accommodation must be booked.
• The complimentary airport pick-up transfer is only valid for airport pick-ups and cannot be substituted for airport drop-offs. (Exceptions can be made)
• Airport transfers are only operated between the Resort and the Phuket International Airport. No transfer to any other destinations such as ports or other hotels.
• The complimentary airport pick-up transfer is part of a package and therefore cannot be used once checked out.
