Daily morning self-guided meditations, Yoga, breathing exercises, hiking, herbal tea, herbal wellbeing kit with teas, steam inhaler with herbal mixes, coconut oil for nasal cleansing and mouth gargling, neti pots, Abyanjana oils, spa bath aroma balls, wellbeing full board meals, juice and salad fasting week, all this while following the seasonal regimen as prescribed in the classical Ayurveda texts.
