The milk preparation is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead helps communicate with the deepest recesses of the brain by soothing the Marmas seen in the improvement in the higher intellectual functions helping in concentration and clarity of the mind functioning. In hypertension, Ksheeradhara is a special panchakarma therapy with special mix of medicated milk that is used in the form of an external remedy that has shown excellent results.
