Corona is here to stay, they say!
Well, Thailand is basically virus free as there were no new infections since more than a month (40 days as of today). Foreigners will be gradually allowed into Thailand again, starting from August and there will be rules.
We are getting ready for you by implementing the safety standards of SHA (Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration). The certification will be obtained within July.
Our unique Ayurveda Spa has opened for locals and Thai travellers on the 1st of July, so you can try our comprehensive choice of Ayurveda Treatments.
Contact us via LINE, WhatsApp, Phone, E-mail or use the contact form to make appointment for a free consultation with our Ayurveda Doctor.
Rose is testing our amazing, homemade Acid Fruit Scrub during an extensive photo shotting of all the items in our Spa Menu. We shot hundreds of beautiful photos and as the Spa has been partially redesigned, we will have to go for another session.
Our health has been the center of attention since Corona and we believe, it should stay that way. With or withour infection risk, we should keep taking care ourselves and nothing is better than a relaxing, rejuvenation AyurYoga Retreat. Take a break, ideally 3 to 4 weeks and return home totally refreshed. The program can be taylor made, according to our requirements, but if you really just want “Ayurveda Light”, we developed an even more relaxing version of it.
We called it Ayurveda Wellbeing – join us on the regular morning or afternoon hikes, visit the local temple for meditations and simply enjoy the good life, the great food, the comfortable villa, the fantastic salt water treated pool.

Vasti Ayurveda oil pooling
The Retention of Medicaments
Vasti Ayurveda oil pooling a traditional Ayurveda remedy for the spine and joint-related problems due to the VATA dosha imbalances. This local treatment is done in different regions of the body such as lower back, neck, knee, heart, navel, and the head.
Combining with appropriate oil or other herbal preparations, the treatment helps relieve pain, stiffness, dryness, soothes the nerves and also enhances blood supply.
Vasti is a form of the sweating process done before the Pancha pradhana karmas as sweat is induced, employing heat in the form of steam or by in contact of the body with heated medicaments.
