Your program begins with a thorough Ayurvedic consultation. Treatments, oils, nutrition, and yoga practices are selected according to your constitution and current imbalance. The process evolves as your body responds.

Panchakarma works at the root level — digestion, liver function, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation. It clears accumulated toxins (ama), reduces inflammation, and restores metabolic balance. Guests typically experience:
