Pimyada Settawattanasiri, known as charming “Grace”, accidentally came across Yoga and meditation in the year 2000 when she was diagnosed to be suffering from a primary stage of abdominal cancer with severe aches and loss of appetite. With the Guidance of Achan Suthee Panthong of Pure Suthee Yoga she was introduced to Study Yoga Sutra, Hatha, Sivanandha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Raja Yoga which turned her life and the miraculous disappearance of the cancer too. Later her seeking into deeper Yoga knowledge let her pursue Certificate of Yoga Teacher at Prince of Songkhla University, Songkhla, Thailand in 2011 and Certificate of Meditation Higher Level at Wat Sommanat Wihan, Thailand in the same year.
With acquaintance in managing spa and yoga training at different well-known resorts and International schools across Thailand over the years, currently she is with Mangosteen Ayurveda $ Wellness Resort as Yoga specialist. Her courses usually start with 5 – 10 minutes of basic stretching and Meditation followed by Surya Namaskar of the Ashtanga Vinyasa flow with other Asana poses for 45 minutes and finishing with a definite Shavasana for that ultimate relaxation of the Body and the Mind.

Selena is the co-founder of Sarva Rasa Yoga and Barre Align. She leads international yoga retreats that artfully combine yoga, movement, coaching, journaling, and meditation to help you connect with your inner voice and wisdom, to connect to your soul’s call, living a life of highest possibility.
Selena completed her first vinyasa training with Core Power Yoga. She went on to study with Sarah Powers, Melina Meza, Anne Phyfe, Nicolai Bachman, Elena Brower, and Noah Mazé. She has studied Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pre-natal and Postpartum Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga.
Selena is dedicated to teaching movement through artful alignment to support her students on and off of their mats. Her classes offer yoga and meditation as a mechanism to shift the way we offer ourselves in all aspects of our lives and as a tool for granting profound healing in our bodies, our hearts, and ultimately our relationships. She is deeply committed to raising up a generation of innovative, knowledgeable teachers to bring the gift of yoga to their communities and the world.
Selena holds Masters of Public Health from Boston University in Maternal, Child, and Infant Health and International Health. She is a PhD Candidate at the University of Montana in Medical Anthropology specializing in South and South-East Asia and Maternal and Infant Health.
She also teaches mobility, calisthenics, Pilates, and barre. She believes that specialization always has a price in the body and encourages her students to cross-train, lift heavy things, and move.
Nitikarn Thachina (Niti)
Niti has taught at several famous retreats and wellness centers throughout Phuket. She’s volunteered to teach yoga and meditation at many social institutions such as orphanages in the area. Niti has the spirit and vision for human to live in harmony with our nature self. Her gentle soul and life experience has taught her to be a positive person. Giving to others is her highest ambition in life.
