Abhyanga Oil Massage
Traditional Ayurveda oil massage
Abhyanga oil massage is a traditional Ayurveda oil massage, which also is known as traditional synchronized dosha specific oil massage.
It is where warm herbal oils (depending on your Dosha type) are used to massage using long rhythmic strokes, which loosens accumulated toxins in the tissues. After that, it is followed by steam to remove toxins and other metabolic wastes. This increases the tissue’s strength and the production of antibodies. It also improves blood circulation and enhances the complexion of skin, which creates electrochemical balance in the body.
Abhyanga oil massage is known for relaxation and the blood circulation. The massage helps to pacify all the Tridoshas, developing a relaxed and balanced state of body, which increases the body’s well-being.
